- These
ID Cards are printed by a
professional company on the same
ABS plastic material
as a
credit card, laminated and are
the same size as a credit card.
There will no longer be
any
reference to State Clan or to any
title to allow the card to be
used forever, once issued.

may request a new ID Card or
continue to use your old style
card. Contact the Western
National Office
in Arizona, if you want a new
style ID Card.
The
fee for a new style ID card is $ 12.25,
which covers the costs of the card,
notary and postage. Please send a note to
request the new ID card with a check or
money order made out to "The United
Cherokee Nation", and enclose your
old ID card for replacement. The timing
for replacement should take three weeks
from arrival at the Western National
Office in Arizona.
