called, I proudly
accepted
the responsibilities
as Clan Chief of the
Arizona Clan, and as the
temporary Clan Chief of
the Nevada Clan. I am now
humbled to accept the
responsibility as the
National Chief of The
United Cherokee Nation
(UCN). |

am truly honored to be
part of the
"Gathering". I
have been searching for
my family and cultural
identity for decades.
Since both of my
Grandmothers were born in
Oklahoma Indian Territory
and the secret past of
the family was hidden, I
now strive to teach my
children and
grandchildren
the Tsalagi
(Cherokee) "White
Path
of Peace" as
passed to me by my
Grandmother, Mother and
Father. I understand now
more than ever how time
passes and the Past is
lost to our Future
Generations. |
