My Great Great Grandfather Jonson "Rake" Riddle was full blood Cherokee and came from Virginia. My Great Great Grandmother Martha came from North Carolina and I understand she was also full blood Cherokee which makes my Great Grandfather Hook Riddle also full blood and my Great Grandmother had Cherokee blood but I'm not sure how much. But as it is passed down I am following in the Cherokee line and am so proud if my Cherokee blood. I am so honored to be Chief of the Alabama Clan and will do my best to lead our clan and help anyone who will let me. May the Creator bless The United Cherokee Nation and our Alabama Clan.
